Description
Swim training for ages 21+ (age on 6/1/25). A certified trainer supervises all practices and will assist in improving stroke proficiencies, conditioning, and race techniques such as starts/turns. Swimmers must have basic stroke skills; this is not swim lessons for adults. Training held Mon., Wed, and Fri. mornings.
