Description
Preston Ridge Community Center - TriYoga meets every Friday 11:45am - 12:45pm.
TriYoga is the art and science of yoga flow and is a complete hatha yoga method that is appropriate for all levels. In this class, you will learn the flow concepts of relaxation-in-action, wave-like movements of the spine, and economy of motion. With of combination of breath and focus with flowing and sustained postures to harmonize, strengthen and improve body, mind and spirit.Please bring your own mat and water. Yoga blocks and additional mats are provided.
Please note, this is a semi advance class.
Late Policy: Please do not enter the class if you are more than 5 min. late.
