--Instructor: Christion Ty Edwards-- This is a crash course in the art of Self-Tape Auditioning. Over four weeks, we will cover topics such as: textual and character analysis as they apply to digital auditions with often tight turnarounds; breakdowns; on-screen vocals and physicality; adjustments for multiple takes; out-of-the-box storytelling ideas; working with readers; and technical needs for the self-tape setup and editing process. Students will walk away with a fool-proof, repeatable process that can be applied to all self-tapes whether they be for Theatre or for Film and TV.
