Improv Holiday Workshop: An Improv Guide to the Holidays

Alexandria Academy - 1st Floor • 604 Wolfe Street AlexandriaVA  22314 Organized by The Little Theatre of Alexandria

About this event

--Instructor: Keely Kirk-- Gathering with loved ones is a lot like doing an improv scene. It’s supposed to be fun, and it can feel like you’ve got to perform the entire time while you have no idea what anyone else is going to say. As well as having to laugh politely at all of Uncle Joe’s dad jokes. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use improv to listen to your family better, how to work well together and maybe even have fun. It could possibly be the best holiday gathering with family and friends ever (even if Uncle Joe’s dad jokes are still there.)
