We are excited to announce that the 2nd Annual Dexter Davis Memorial Bike Ride will be held on **September 21, 2024**, starting at **8 AM** at the **Ahoskie Amphitheater**.
We invite everyone to participate—walkers, runners, and definitely cyclists! This is your chance to tour the beautiful country roads of Hertford and Bertie County in honor of Dexter Davis.
If you participated last year, get ready for an even better experience this time around. Let’s make this event bigger and better, celebrating community and the spirit of Dexter Davis.

Event details and schedule
The ride features a 3.5 mile, 25 kilometer, 50 kilometer, and 100 kilometer route. All courses will begin and end in Ahoskie at the Ahoskie Amphitheater. Along the courses there will be rest stops with beverages and snacks to help all riders stay energized and hydrated throughout their journey. Routes will be marked and monitored in order to respond to any safety needs. After the ride we will provide a lunch and beverages. T-shirts provided for all who register before September 6, 2024.
