Keely Hodgkinson Joins COROS to Continue Pushing Middle-Distance Limits

Keely Hodgkinson Joins COROS

IRVINE, California / July 2nd, 2026 – Today, COROS Wearables announces a new partnership with Olympic champion and British middle-distance superstar Keely Hodgkinson.

Hodgkinson, 24, shot to global stardom after claiming 800m Olympic gold at the Paris Olympics in 2024, following a silver medal at the Tokyo Games in 2021. She has since cemented her place at the pinnacle of track racing, capturing World Indoor titles and setting the current Indoor 800m World Record.

In addition to her medal haul, Hodgkinson has also captured a massive global audience with her unique blend of athletic dominance, charisma, and distinctive personal style.

Known for her disarming honesty – well showcased on her social media and popular YouTube channel – she has redefined what it means to be a modern elite athlete, effortlessly bridging the gap between high-fashion shoots, red carpets, and the punishing reality of elite track training.

For Hodgkinson, pushing human limits on the track goes hand-in-hand with maintaining a clear sense of freedom and mental balance. Her drive is built entirely on her own terms, with her personal mantra being “Always earned, never given.”

“Track and field isn’t a team sport. If I have a bad day, that’s on me,” Hodgkinson says. “There is no one out there to carry it for me, and when you do earn something in the sport, you’ve completely earned it, because it is only you out there running that race.”

By partnering with COROS, Hodgkinson will better integrate performance insights and data analytics into her high-intensity preparation, utilizing technology to support her pursuit of rewriting middle-distance record books.

Hodgkinson will rely on the COROS PACE 4, the ultralight AMOLED GPS watch designed for performance, speed, and simplicity. COROS’ latest watch will offer Hodgkinson highly accurate training measurements and analytic tools to help her discover even the smallest improvements, which are critical for athletes at her level. She will also use the COROS Heart Rate Monitor for additional accuracy and detail about her training.

I'm very proud of my past results, but I believe that I have room to improve and run faster. Partnering with COROS will give me the tools I need to look back at my training history and identify opportunities to optimize my training and racing. With COROS, I have full confidence and the evidence I need to push myself as hard as I can and get past my own historic barriers.

Through this partnership, COROS and Hodgkinson will explore how data, preparation, and experience intersect to improve performance for elite athletes. The partnership arrives as Hodgkinson targets athletics’ longest-standing mark: the 43-year-old women’s outdoor 800m world record.

“Keely is the ideal athlete to work with. What stands out isn’t just what she’s achieved; it’s her continued drive to improve,” said Douglas Musson, Global Running Athlete Director. “She pays attention to every detail and embraces the hard work. That’s exactly the kind of athlete we love working with at COROS.”
