Your Yoga Personality
The Purist: You live and breathe yoga—Sanskrit is your second language. Yoga is part of your daily routine. You wake up, do a sun salutation first thing in the morning then head over to your yoga studio to teach class.
Bring your balance to the road—sign up for a 5K.
The Fitness Junkie: You know that cross-training helps improve your performance; whether it's running, cycling, swimming, or to stay in shape. Including yoga a few times a week helps your body recover from any race, interval-training workout, or injury. You understand basic Sanskrit names—you know the next pose in a flow.
Use yoga to help you train for your next race.
The Drop-In: "What did you just say? Uttana-what? What's Sanskrit? My leg does what?" Are these questions that go through your head when you step foot into a yoga class? You try to make it to a class every now and then, but yoga is just plain weird for you. But you keep at it because you know all the benefits of yoga and want to create healthy habits. Keep at it—you never know what inversion you may master one day.
If yoga's not your thing, find a fitness class to stay in shape.
