3 Romantic Campgrounds

There are many romantic places you can escape to, and these three provide secluded campsites, gorgeous scenery and a number of hikes.

Fish Lake Campground, California: A lake filled with lily pads sets the scene at this romantic campground. Tall cedar and fir trees make the campsites secluded and private. Spend a romantic day canoeing on the lake or hiking Fish Lake Trail.

Brown Tract Pond Campground, New York: Nestled in the Adirondacks, you and your sweetie can get cozy at your secluded campsite. Though the campground is large, with 90 spots available, sites 83 to 90, as well as 69, 70, and 73 are separated from the main camping area and offer waterfront views.

Leith Run Campground, Ohio: This quaint campground, located on the Ohio River in the Wayne National Forest, provides a grassy spot to pitch your tent. Take a ride down the Covered Bridge Scenic Byway and stop for a romantic picnic with views of the rolling countryside at sunset.
