Stick with "real" foods such as fruit, vegetables and fish/meat/eggs, and avoid processed or packaged foods.
8. Add Plyometric Training to Your Routine
A squat jump is a plyometric exercise. The idea is to totally fatigue your system and to challenge your muscles in new ways.

9. Set Realistic Goals
Say you want to lose 50 pounds, but you're not exactly sure where to start because 30 pounds is a large goal to reach. Can you lose 50 pounds healthfully in 3 weeks? Probably not. Instead, break it up. Say, "I want to lose 5 pounds in three weeks." This is a more realistic goal.
