When to Use the 80/20 Run

This is such a simple workout, it can be tempting to resort to it often, but you should use it to supplement, rather than in place of, a more traditional workout. Also, despite the relatively low amount of stress it places on your body, the 80/20 run shouldn't be used on recovery days. On those days, stick with relatively short, slow runs.
