Interlaced traditional Pilates & Barre. Repetitions using light hand weights standing core and on mat. Working entire body emphasizing glutes and core you will leave this class feeling invigorated and goal orientated.
Please bring 3-5 pound hand weights, a mat or towel, and a bottle of water. Instructor can provide weights for a minimal cost if needed.
