Fun outside fitness, socially distanced and working hard to maintain our healthy lifestyle. Workout is designed to include varied workouts three times a week. Cardio, strength drills and Pilates on Mondays, pyramid style sets; strength & cardio intervals on Wednesdays, and interval training on Fridays.
Bring preference size weights and bring a mat or towel. Weights can be purchased from instructor if needed.
No class on 9/5 and 11/25.
