Cardio Kick will kick your metabolism into high gear, so you can look and feel great in time for bathing suit weather! This class is never the same workout twice. Instructor Dani Kline incorporates cardio kickboxing, strength training and abdominal work for the perfect combination that will burn hundreds of calories and get those long, lean muscles you’ve always dreamed of. Cardio Kick is challenging enough for even the most serious workout enthusiast, but it can be modified for any fitness level. Come get your sweat on with us in this motivating, energetic, fun class that you will never get tired of!
Please bring a mat, 3-8 lb weights, and come ready to sweat, because this class has it all. Class on 6/7 will be held at the Yorba Linda Community Center.
