Tai Chi for Health is a gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise routine that is a joy to do, energizing and deeply relaxing; it brings health and vitality to all who practice it. This class will help regulate heart rate and blood pressure, boosting energy. The class is suitable for all abilities.
