Work your core with a 30 minute workout on the bike, practicing breathing and building stamina. This class is focused around toning, stamina and conditioning our bodies to become stronger without lifting weights. There is a variety of biking, climbing and squatting for 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of abdominal exercises on the floor. No class July 23.
