Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original Zumba moves you love at a lower-intensity. It's fun, but less intense. It provides low-impact routines that are easy to follow, protects your joints and muscles while raising your heart rate and improving your balance, posture, and coordination. Plus each class feels like a party! All ages are welcome!
