Taking care of self. Slowing down, resting the mind, and nurturing the nervous system with Restorative. This 60min evening class for All Levels will bring you from action to stillness. Providing the rest and digesting from life's experiences. Allowing for your physical and subtle body to catch up. Releasing any withholdings mentally, physically, emotionally. Creating a space of stillness is where you can receive clarity of your own soul’s wisdom and self-love. Settling in with guided meditation followed by intentional time in supportive resting poses. Props are provided.
