Description
Whether you are a dancer, an athlete, or simply keeping your body fit, the Pilates method of exercise is designed for you. Pilates works specific muscles in controlled scientific ways to increase agility & strength. This revolutionary toning and conditioning system stretches, strengthens, and realigns overused joints and muscles. Participants work at their own level of fitness. *Please bring a mat and justified pound weights. *No class 9/5.
