Description
Enjoy this new workout trend that combines two methods of exercise – Yoga and Pilates. This course will emphasize core stabilization, lengthening, toning, and body sculpting. Yolates also improves core strength, posture and overall body awareness. *Please bring a stability ball, resistance, band and weights to class. *No class 9/5.
