Mindfulness is now seen as key to effective, healthy living. Yoga is all about mindfulness. This course will brings a mindful approach the moving and thinking. We build strength and flexibility while reducing stress. We do this through movement and easy meditation techniques, appropriate for all levels of ability. The course is led by a registered Yoga Teacher with more than 15 years teaching experience. Bring a mat and/or blanket, comfortable clothing, an empty stomach and a positive frame of mind.
Notice: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, which is defined as a contagious disease, can exists in any public place where people are present. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Class and camp instructors will have safety kits that include; hard surface sanitation wipes, hand sanitizer, additional masks and gloves. We recommend that participants bring their own protective wear such as masks and wear them during scheduled activities. By enrolling in camps or classes you understand and voluntarily assume risk related to exposure to the virus.
