Here are some questions to ask yourself - Do you sleep well? Do you eat well? Do you attend to your emotional needs? If your answer is no to either of these questions, then this discussion will be helpful to you. During class you will learn how to let go of your negative thoughts and discuss on finding ways to be at peace each day.
