Strength training can be intimidating but there are numerous benefits - stronger muscles can improve your posture, balance, and help prevent injuries and conditions such as osteoporosis. Strength training also helps to tone, firm, and shape your body. In our Lite Strength class, our certified instructor will introduce you to strength training techniques using dumbbells, weighted bars, and other resistance training equipment.
