Join us for 4 weeks in this small group setting and experience the best of what a personal training session has to offer. At a fraction of the cost to one-on-one personal training a certified personal trainer will guide you in a workout assisting with correct form and a slower pace. If you are starting out then this corrective and beneficial course is for you. Experience the one-on-one training with correction and guidance while having fun working out in a small group.
This course will be for those individuals who are new to exercise or are wanting to focus on specific skill-based movement, improved posture and alignment and that extra push with a trainer who will guide you in staying consistent and reaching toward your goals!
