Join us for 5 weeks in this small group setting and experience the best of what a personal training session has to offer. At a fraction of the cost to one-on-one personal training a certified personal trainer will guide you in a more advanced high-intensity strength training set of circuits while correcting and monitoring form and control. Experience the one-on-one training with correction and guidance while having fun working out in a small group.
This course will be for those individuals who have built up endurance and are wanting new ideas for ways to challenge and go that extra step, to be challenged and pushed!
Class will run on Wednesdays beginning August 3, 2022.
