Philip will teach you step by step how to paint an abstract, landscape, still-life or portrait. Philip loves teaching art and has taught interior design and art classes at, Vancouver Training Institute, Vancouver School Board continuing education and Langara College continuing education. Philip speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese. No class Oct 10.

Proof Of Vaccination • Effective September 13, people will need to show proof of vaccination to get into certain programs, events, and services at this facility. Exemptions are in place for children and youth programs and activities. Adults 22+ will need to show proof of vaccination. (Young people 12+ will need proof of vaccination for fitness centres and weight room facilities.) Communicable Disease Health & Safety Practices • Participants are required to comply with the current Face Coverings Order of the Provincial Health Officer. If you are unsure, you should self-isolate and contact 8-1-1 or the local public health unit. • Registration and payment is required for most programs to help reduce the capacity to allow for physical distancing. Limited drop-ins may be permitted, depending on the facility. All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
