About this event
Taught by Coach Jay and Mr. Romano Friday Chess Club is open to any student who has previously enrolled in our chess classes. For those who want to take their game to the next level, Coach Jay will take you beyond the White Belt as you learn opening traps, endgame strategies, tactical patterns, and much more! For those who want to compete, we will be providing "Academy" sessions on Friday. These sessions go beyond the 64 squares, also covering gamesmanship, psychology, tournament protocols, and representing your team and yourself through unrelenting effort and perfect sportsmanship. Students will work in the Puzzle Pack of their specific level.
