About this event
The Penn State Diving Elite Camp is open to students in grades 6-12 next fall. It is preferred that divers have a year of competitive diving experience as the camps are not "learn-to-dive" camps. This camp is designed for competitive divers with extensive club experience wanting a program to tune up for current age group championship meets. Features of Diving Elite Camp: o Two, one and a half hour to three-hour block sessions include: o Springboard and dryland technique o Water belts over one meter and three meters o Tower workout for beginner to advanced o Spotting belt work on dry board and trampoline
