Description
This fun and scenic race on the Foothills Trail is open to people of all ages and abilities. The 5K, 10K, and 1/2 Marathon courses are USATF certified and chip timed. The Foothills Trail in Orting is paved and provides flat areas with easy slopes. Check-in and race bag pick up will take place at Orting City Park (Corner of Washington Ave & Bridge St. SE)
Participant check-in/start times are as follows: 1/2 Marathon-Check-in @ 7:15am, Race Begins at 8:15am, 10K Check-in @ 7:30am, Race Begins at 8:30am, 5K-Check-in @ 7:45am, Race Begins at 8:45am. Jazzercise warm up beginning at 7:30am - 8:00am.
All registered participants will receive a race bib and medal. Results will be made available online the week after the race. Runners must complete the course in four hours to be officially timed. Registration deadline is April 10, 2023. Refreshments will be made available at this event for participants. Please bring your own water bottle. Proceeds benefit youth recreation programs. T-shirts are not available for purchase at this event.
