About this event
It has been said that we are in a Fourth Industrial Revolution. Built on the widespread availability of digital technologies, the Fourth Industrial Revolution heralds a series of social, political, cultural, and economic upheaval that will change the way humans live and work. Equipping students with new ways to create and interact is essential. It is essential that the 21st century teen develop their skills in critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. In this course, project-based learning activities will provide students with the opportunity to nurture and develop these skills. Students will collaborate with their peers as they create political parties, present Ted Talks, participate in informal and informal debates, and create proposals for a new school. These activities will offer students the opportunity to appreciate a diversity of opinions and develop their ability to frame arguments as they begin to find their voice.
