Our new 10-week Weight Loss Program at the Torrance South Bay YMCA provides a supportive environment where you can work with others in a small group setting to learn how to adopt healthy habits to reduce your chances of developing chronic illness related to unhealthy weight gain.
The program is led by a certified personal trainer in a classroom settings, is delivered over a 10-week period. The program will include weekly sessions, small group training and free long term group support for those who attended the program.
You will learn strategies for eating healthier, healthy meal planning, increasing your physical activity and making other changes that will improve your overall health and well-being.
