This program is designed to help you maximize your time at the Y and reach your goals. Small Group Training will help you build strength, lose weight, gain flexibility & mobility and much more in a group of 4-10 participants.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Wear comfortable athletic attire and shoes. Drink plenty of water before class and bring a water bottle each time. Eat a light, healthy meal before coming to the gym.
