This yoga class is about the gentle flow of yoga poses modified to an individual's needs depending on their balance level. Improve balance, flexibility, posture and stamina and energize mind and spirit for better health and well being. No experience needed. Students must bring their own yoga mat. Instructor Sarita Lamas.
