Line Dancing is an enjoyable social activity that provides great physical and mental exercise. It helps to strengthen bones and muscles. It also increases stamina and flexibility as well as supports weight loss and stress reduction. No experience necessary. Instructor: Barbara Brown. You may register for Tuesday or Wednesday class but not both. Choose the class that fits your schedule.
