Description
Line Dancing is an enjoyable social activity that provides great physical and mental exercise. It helps to strengthen bones and muscles. It also increases stamina and flexibility as well as supports weight loss and stress reduction. No experience necessary. Instructor: Barbara Brown.Choose which day of the week you would like to attend class. If the option you would like is full, select the waiting list.Tuesday class: September 12 -December 12, 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday class: September 13 - December 13, 10:30-11:30 a.m.NOTE: Due to Library and Community Center renovations these classes are now located at the Takoma Park Recreation Center, 7315 New Hampshire Avenue.Activity Other Category
