Foundational Fitness for adults ages 55 and older is designed to improve health with focus on muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination utilizing a high back chair, light hand weights and/or resistance tubes. Have towel and water nearby. Equipment is not provided. Instructor: Michael Williams. Registration is required for this virtual zoom class.
