We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Class Objective: Participants will learn pool safety and three basic strokes (Front Crawl, Back Crawl and Elementary Backstroke).Designed for ages 60+
This Class is 40 minutes. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for class.
Entry Requirement: Willingness to learn.
Lessons dates are October 21st - November 7th. Lessons are 40 minutes long. T/Th @ 12pm with AvelT/TH @ 1pm with AvelM/W @ 12pm with DominicM/W @ 1pm with Dominic
Recommended to have googles and swim cap.
Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No swimwear, no swim. No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber soled swim shoes are allowed.
