The last day for Internet Registration was Jan 2, 2025 11:59 PM.
Low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No Swimwear No Swim.No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber-soled swim shoes allowed.
Note: Class held every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Participants may attend both days. There will be no make-up day for Monday, January 20th (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day)Only allowing 10 drop-ins for each day.
