This activity is closed to further registration.

This class will focus on simple chair and standing Yoga poses, but will also include some gentle flowing Qigong/ Beginning Tai Chi Movement. These are all great for arthritis, strength, balance, coordination, and even mental clarity (relaxation). This class will work all muscles of the body but at your pace and limitations. No special skills or previous training needed.
