Designed exclusively for athletes targeting U18 Scando Trip, IBU Youth Championships, FIS or IBU World Juniors, NCAA program acceptances or the US Ski Team. Athletes should be self-motivated, dedicated and driven to succeed. Training sessions are individualized to maximize each athlete’s development. 7-12 sessions per week in the dryland season and 6-10 sessions per week during the winter. Race specific speed, strength training and training for toughness predominate weekly key sessions, with endurance base training forming the foundation of the year. Participants will be invited to dryland projects, on-snow early season projects, U.S. National Championships, regional FIS competitions and possible international trip(s).
