About this event
Dance promotes neurological development. Enjoying music and learning to dance to its rhythms, stimulates the brain as well as improving physical fitness, stamina, and endurance. It develops muscles and relieves excess stress and energy while improving flexibility and balance. Dance develops spatial awareness: Likewise, dance teaches spatial reasoning.
