Community members are invited to come together with their neighbors to participate in a community yard sale. Participants have the opportunity to clean out their garages, attics, storage sheds and closets without sending those valuable items to landfill. This event is hosted by the Senior Community Commission as fundraiser for senior programs and services. Participants choose their sites on a first come, first serve basis. A total of 20 spaces are available at two locations; the Memorial Park northside Weeping Wall area and on Hermosa Avenue. Registration must be done in person at the Hart Park House Senior Center, 222 W. Sierra Madre Blvd. Facility open Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm.

*Registration deadline is Thursday, August 11th or until spaces are filled.
Vendor space is approximately 20' wide x 15' deep; spaces are available in the Sierra Vista Park parking lot or the Westside Park Area. Participants will select their vendor space when registering; vendor spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
All goods offered for sale shall be the property of the owner/participants. No new merchandise shall be offered for sale.
Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies (12'x12' size maximum) and cash boxes. No electricity will be provided. Live animals, large canopies, and selling of food and drinks is prohibited. Event may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Vendors will be assigned a check-in time of 6:00am, or 6:15am. Set-up time is between 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. Participants who arrive after set-up time will NOT be allowed to set up. All items must be removed from your area by 1:00 p.m. A Thrift Store will be on site at the conclusion of the event to collect any items you wish to donate.
