Let's do lunch! 30-minutes of high RPM spinning for an express lunch-time sweat or to compliment your own fitness program. No dancing on the bike, but real sprint form and pedal action. Combines fast-paced sprint training with all the benefits of an interval style workout. REAL sprint training from world-class sprinter Ivana Cappelletto.
This class is included in your MYPASS membership or by paying the regular drop-in admission. Please check in with front desk when you arrive.
