Spin & Strength is the best of both worlds. You will get a great full body workout using bikes, bands, and weights, plus a thorough stretch. Spinning is one of the most customizable workouts there is, suitable for all fitness levels. Come and start your day off energized!
This is a drop-in program included in your MYPASS membership or by paying regular drop-in admission. Space is limited and tickets for the class must be picked up no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the class starting.
By order of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO), proof of vaccination is required to access indoor exercise/fitness and group recreational classes and activities.
Please bring water bottle and sweat towel.
No classes on statutory holidays.
