Spin & Strength is the best of both worlds. You will get a great full body workout using bikes, bands, and weights, plus a thorough stretch. Spinning is one of the most customizable workouts there is, suitable for all fitness levels. Come and start your day off energized!
This is a drop-in program included in your MYPASS membership or by paying regular drop-in admission. Space is limited and tickets for the class must be picked up no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the class starting.
Please bring water bottle and sweat towel.
