A gentle, flowing practice in nature that improves flexibility, balance, lung capacity, and posture; calms the mind; and strengthens the immune system. Each class is 75 minutes comprising roughly 1/3 Mindful centering, stretching, breathing, and balancing; 1/3 Tai Chi movements; and 1/3 Qigong movements focused on strengthening the immune system. The heart of this practice is sometimes referred to as "Easy Tai Chi". It was developed to give you all the benefits of classic Tai Chi (and more!) in an easier, more accessible way.
