This 6-week program will help athletes get become athletic and explosive while having fun during the process of working hard. This will be a high intense workout program that will help athlete become better athletes regardless of what sport they play. This training will focus on dynamic stretching, core strength, upper body strength, lower body strength as well speed and endurance. We will use equipment such as: dumbbells, bench press, push sled, resistance bands, treadmill, box jumps and the squat rack. This program will help athletes reach personal goals for their upcoming season.
