This program is designed to help enhance each athlete’s athletic ability regardless of what sport they currently play in. This program will focus on form running, dynamic stretching, core strength, lateral quickness as well as footwork. This 6-week program will help increase speed as well as endurance for each athlete. Each session will include a workout circuit that’ll help everyone get faster and more explosive that’ll include workout equipment such as: push sleds, resistance bands, treadmill, cones drills, box jumps etc... Speed/agility is a major part of all sports, why not improve on getting faster and getting in better shape all while having fun? This program will help each athlete see results and achieve their goals by the end of the 6 weeks.
