Join Pauline Legendre, expert in team sports and former basketball player. Pauline will share with you the fundamentals of the game in order to progress as a player, as a team and as a person. You also play different team sports with the same goals; acquisition of better motor skills, better self-control in time and space, individual and team work, improvement of perception, anticipation and decision-making.
