Between Thanksgiving Day, loads of leftovers, and all those snacks while you shop on Black Friday, it's time to plan on burning calories, and spending time with the Fam!
We've scheduled a triathlon of epic proportions for the Saturday after Thanksgiving (Nov. 26, 2022).
Loads of divisions to choose from: Swim-Bike-Run, Paddle-Bike-Run, Swim-Bike, Swim-Run, Run-Bike-Run.
Two Adult distances to choose from: Sprint or Super Sprint
Kids specific distances: 5 yrs & Under, 6 & 7 yrs, 8 & 9 yrs, 10 & 11 yrs, 12 - 14 yrs

We're chip timing the entire event with a time trial (stagger) start. This is an amazing course that is FLAT & FAST!
We'll be capturing all of the splits (so you'll be getting all five times).
Swim: Will be done in the lake at Nathan Benderson Park, but we'll be swimming along the shore, so no one will be venturing out into the middle. Click here to view

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
