This activity is closed to further registration.
Using self-provided props (chair, mat, strap, blanket and a block), participants will practice basic Hatha Yoga concepts with a focus on breathing, body awareness and alignment. In addition, students will work on improving balance, flexibility and strength. This class is ideal as an introductory class for those who need/want gentle exercise, as well as, those who want to reverse the effects of sitting long periods.
